Aveling Homes trading as HomeLab by Aveling Pty Ltd (ABN: 72 134 703 067 | BC12788) is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) which sets out the standards of collecting, holding, using and disclosing your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains the way in which we handle your personal information, and the ways in which you can contact us about the personal information that we hold about you.
What is personal information?
“Personal information” is information or opinion (in recorded form or otherwise) about an identified, or reasonably identifiable, individual. This includes your name, your date of birth and your contact details, and may also include information about your purchases and other dealings with us.

The personal information we collect from you depends on how you interact with us. HomeLab by Aveling Homes may collect information in its capacity as a developer.

- if you apply for employment with us, information relating to your application, and

We will obtain this information through our communications and dealings with you, for example, when you make an offer to acquire a property we develop, when you participate in a competition we are running, or when you contact us by telephone, mail, email or through our website. Where it is not practicable to obtain personal information directly from you, we may collect it from third parties including your accountant.

House & Land Packages
HomeLab by Aveling Homes House and Land Packages comply with the Australia Consumer Law (WA) (ACL) HomeLab by Aveling Homes has an affiliation with the developer of the Estate and/or the real estate agent and can organise the purchase of land on the estate or at the advertised location as part of a house and land package. Alternatively, if the client purchases land within the Estate or at the advertised location with the developer or the agent, HomeLab by Aveling Homes would be pleased to build a house for the client on that land. The main image is for illustration purposes only. This image may be an external elevation picture or an internal room picture. The advertised package does not include furniture, fencing, landscaping, internal wall painting, light fixtures, window treatments or floor coverings unless otherwise stated. Stamp Duty on the land purchase is not included in the advertised price unless otherwise stated.

The advertised price does include a Provisional Sum Allowance (estimate) for the site works. This estimate may or may not vary once HomeLab by Aveling Homes has conducted a contour survey, soil engineers report and then established the finished floor levels. It is for this reason that the house and land package is promoted using a From price. The advertised price does not include any allowances for possible BAL (bushfire attack levels) requirements nor does it include any allowances for possible variations that are required to address Noise Reduction guidelines.
The HomeLab Sales Consultant listed in this advertisement will be able to confirm these issues in writing upon your request. The lot address as specified in this advertisement was available for sale at time of publication. The home that is featured may or may not require variations at sign up to comply with specific setbacks and site coverage ratios. These issues will be confirmed once a contour survey has been carried out by HomeLab by Aveling Homes. The house design as advertised will comply with the Restrictive Covenants and Design Guidelines of the Estate in which this package is advertised.

Aveling Homes agrees to enter a Fixed Siteworks Agreement with the client subject to Builder approval and the following conditions being met:
1. Available on all single storey homes from the Builder’s Standard Range of homes.
2. Applicable to specific (Greenfields, new estates) areas and sites with a maximum of 500mm fall from one boundary to another (i.e., North to South, East to West).
3. Fixed Siteworks Inclusions:
– All earthworks including removal of vegetation (light grass cover).
– Repeg fee
– Service connections between designated connection points provided by land developer and the home.
– These include sewer, power, water service, phone line conduit.
– NBN Connectivity Package (non-expandable system).
– All Shire fees, deposits, and bonds.
– Selected paving (as per base home specifications) to driveway (up to 6m) and shire crossover.
– Spoon drains to all downpipes (if required by local shire).
– Wind loading requirements up to N2.
